Design Copyrights

At Ridas R Us, we understand the immense effort designers put into creating their masterpieces. Replicating their work doesn't honour their creativity; each design is unique and irreplaceable. We can however, use their design for inspirational purposes only.

If you share an image of a Rida you admire, we'll gladly create something inspired from it, ensuring our unique style shines through. Expect variations in colour, panels, and lace designs that reflect our artistic touch.

Fabrics and Raw Materials

Please note that fabric colors, panels, laces etc. may vary based on availability.

At times what you see online might be different from the reality of the actual product due to variables like lighting and devices used during online selection. These factors are sometimes beyond our control, so we request customers to be accommodating.

While we generally avoid dark-coloured fabrics that may bleed during washing, we will inform you if any concerns arise and provide appropriate washing and care instructions.

Fabrics such as Raw Silk, Chanderi, Banarasi Silk, to name a few, require dry cleaning only. We do not take liability for any damage caused by machine washing these delicate materials.

Ordering and Payments

We prioritize communication and will present available variations and options for your consideration. Please note that we will not proceed to measurements and stitching until the product is finalized and payment for the same is completed.

The initial consultation is complimentary; however, once the design is confirmed, 50% advance payment will be required in order to purchase the materials and process the order. We will provide an initial quotation with the understanding that the final amount may vary slightly depending on specific material selection and purchase. Our policy regarding material pricing is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all our projects. Market prices for materials can fluctuate, and should the cost exceed our initial estimate, an adjustment will be made to the final payment amount.

Products will be shipped once the final payment is processed.

All payments should be made via E-transfer or Wire Bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Please be aware that the invoice will not include bank processing fees, as these vary for every financial institution. Customers should calculate and add these fees to the invoice amount before processing the payment.

Refund Policy

Payments made for raw materials are Non-Refundable.

If you choose not to proceed with your order, a refund will be provided minus any funds used for fabrics and material purchases.

We strive for the highest quality in our products and each Rida undergoes thorough inspection before shipping. For any stitching, fitting or work defects, we will strive to make the necessary corrections at no additional cost to you. A shipping label will be provided to return the Rida to us for any required changes.

Refunds will not be provided for minor variations in material, colour or design of lace, paneling, or embroidery.

Shipping and Delivery

When ordering a single piece, please note that shipping costs may be higher compared to bulk orders.

If you have a specific Rida which you liked online that you want stitched, you are welcome to arrange the purchase and delivery to us. We can perform online measurements, complete the stitching work and ship the finished product to you. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from a third-party vendor.

Please allow some time for custom orders as we strive to deliver the best possible product for you. We will constantly provide progress updates.

International shipping typically takes about 2-4 weeks once the items are ready. Tracking information will be provided.

Please note that stitching times may vary during peak seasons such as Milaads, Ramzan, and Ashara dates. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
